What our people say
Hi! My name is Slawek. I am from Poland and I moved to the Netherlands together with my wife and son at the beginning of 2023. My journey with High Tech Source started a few months earlier and even though it started online it “clicked” right away. They made sure that the position I was applying for fitted me well and that I’m the right person in the right place. Moving to another country is always difficult but with the help of the team it was as smooth as silk. We had an amazing support and help all the time starting from temporary accommodation, through formalities to finding a permanent home.
I’m now working as a Software Test Engineer and together with my colleague Leo, I’m responsible for tasks like defining test process, test automation, creating documentation and developing way of working. I also take active part in testing within different projects.
Besides my role as Tester, I’m also a member of the High Tech Source team. I really appreciate the personal development approach so I can improve my competence and grow. Despite we don’t see each other on daily basis we are in a good contact and there is always time to discuss more or less important topics or just have a chat. Whenever it is possible, we gather as a team and have fun together.
