What our people say

When I first came into contact with High Tech Source they helped me in finding a position that really fitted me well. They made sure not only the job itself matched, but also the work environment.

I started my current position as Software Test engineer in 2022. Together with my colleague Slawek, were involved in different activities, varying from test automation, defining test processes to improving the test architecture. All the activities are aimed to face the challenge to bring testing to a higher level.

Next to my job at I feel part of the High Tech Source team. We have regular contact where we take time to reflect on the work, but also talk about personal development or just small talk. Not only the personal touch helps with my work happiness but the general attention to good employment practice makes me really happy to work here. Besides the work-related moment, there is plenty of time to have fun together.

I’m Leo, married, father to a little boy and I live in the countryside of Brabant. My spare time goes to one of my many hobbies, among which are working on projects in and around the house, gardening, motorcycling, boardgames, miniature painting, moped maintenance and, off course, spending time with my family.
