High Tech Source was born out of a desire to make a meaningful difference in recruitment in de high-tech industry. Our years working together as colleagues at ASML taught us the true importance of quality, collaboration, and the commitment to deliver results—principles that have become the foundation of our journey. From this shared vision, combined with our entrepreneurial ambition we took the leap in starting our company. Our mission is to stand out from the crowd by delivering genuine value to both candidates and clients.

With seasoned recruitment experience across disciplines such as software, mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, optics, and physics, we bring both expertise and curiosity to the table. This drives us to understand not just today’s needs but also tomorrow’s, in an industry where change is the only constant.

We feel extremely lucky that a few first joiners and clients have given us their trust to work together. Today, we are proud to call the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven our home.
